🧭 What you’ll do

Project Leadership & Strategy

• Define clear scope, outcomes, and deliverables with clients & stakeholders.
• Develop project strategies aligned to client and business goals.
• Create timelines, capacity plans, budgets, and RAID logs people actually use.
• Lead strategic initiatives from concept to launch (content programs, channel rollouts, landing pages/site updates).
• Establish PM methodologies, templates, and best practices that become our default.

Client Relationship Management

• Run crisp weekly check-ins; own status, approvals, risks, and expectations.
